In the deep reaches of Green Rocks National Park resides a lone Ranger by the name of Gunther Williams, who feels something is wrong when he is not relieved from his shift. With little time to prepare, he is met by a horrendous creature of unknown origin that is out for nothing more than bloodshed. Hide, fight, and survive against a murderous creature whom you will randomly encounter, making each possibly run not only random, but teeter on brink of ruin.
Title menu, overworld, and lighting system are my next 3 projects I'm working on. Items like matches will be the first of interactable items that I plan on coding in, just to get lighting mechanics out of the way.
I've been grinding some game dev shenanigans for the past two days, and I'm hoping to have all the basic mechanics done by Halloween. the big band aid is going to be inventory and crafting, as well as the encounters when the monster catches you.
