Introducing the Occisiosaurus, the New Monster that will spawn in the Taiga and Hunt Down People and eat them at Night

I've started working on support for other languages in the game :3 I won't be adding this in the next early access since that would take an incredibly long time lol. I also plan on adding this to Ruckus 3D at some point, same languages supported!!!
