First, as I've probably already said, the series is not canon to the original series even if it has this principle goal of being a sequel (of what happens after the final episode of the series, consider it as an alternative timeline) but we have this intelligent thought of making certain elements that can make us think that with these sequels it could be canon but not really.

Second, maybe some people who are fans of the ships concerning Rouge (Knouge, Shadouge, ...) will not be happy to see this series, because there will be the ship Jonouge (Jone X Rouge) but of course, as I have already repeated, it is not canon and Jone in this series is more of a Spin-Off character, even if there will be a development between him and Rouge. (And not abused it or doing cringes stuff)

Among other things, nothing is official and this project aims to be a passion and also to discover animation. My passion is everything that is cinema, Sonic, this series too! And the other members of my team too!

Thirdly, the series is not only focused on Jone, even if he is present (and we can consider it as "a self insert fanfiction"). He will be part of the main characters like for Sonic and his friends, but believe me, it will be fun!

The story, we will really try to make it very cool like what the series did, especially since we have planned 10 episodes, which is already not bad!

Finally, regarding production, we are almost ready to do the staging for the first episode, I have already prepared the storyboards page.

It will help us, that all I can say.

Later, I will make a post to list about the casting for the characters, because I lost a lot of VAs because of a person who caused me problems. And it is a bit problematic for my projects but we will find a way.
