dont push yourself too hard, you're not required to do something if you dont have to

take a break, never feel forced to keep pushing because of outside infulence, do something you have fun doing or talking to someone you love

talk positively to yourself, have some self-respect, don't let yourself talk to you that way, be your biggest fan. believe me, it is not narcisstic to like yourself, and if you dont like yourself, build up to be the person you want to be.
