If you think you're being abused, ask a trusted friend. Lay out objective facts to them. Even if you only think a tiny bit, you're better off an overreacter than a victim.

Catching abuse early is crucial.


This goes for all forms of abuse; sexual, physical, emotion, or mental. Abuse is abuse.

If you do not have a trusted friend, you can go to your local hospital and simply say that your partner, parents, sibling, etc is being abusive and you need help. They'll be able to call the right people and get you on the right path.

If you are in England, Scotland, or Wales & are under 18, you can also go to your local CAMHs building and say a similar thing. They're more mental health focused.

oh yeah btw pro tip if ur sending one specific person something that shouldn't be leaked, add some sort of marker on it near the middle or anywhere that cant be cropped have a unique one for each person. it helps to identify who leaked the image. Example;
