Okay, so for the past few years, I haven't been completely open to my friends. Even to the person who I call a brother bc he's been there for me since someone irl ghosted me for almost 4 years now. My new years resolution is to be more open with my friends about my irl problems and such. Bc irl, I am not who I am while online. I am a very fearful 16 year old girl who flinches at the sound of yelling, ambulance sirens, and loud noises that happen randomly.
So my new years resolution is to be more open with my friends and to not shut them away and emotionally shut down like I would normally. Because I would just run away from my problems and I know now that isn't the answer.
