So, we all know how that people are leaving or there has been verbal dramas and over-exaggerated debates and hate going around, right? Well this message will be about that.

The Original Purpose

I ask that all GameJolt Users, no matter who you are, spread positivity and happiness around this website. Remember that the purpose of this site was to bring people together to mae a social network for joy and positivity not negitivity or fighting.

Faced with drama

What we should all do now is stop drama, either dont speak about it, dont get involved, dont do anything about it- its not your drama nor problem so you shouldnt worry. If you happen to be involved in the drama, try and ignore it, get over it, end it as quick as possible, dont share it around, keep it to the people involved and no one else- keep it secret.

Quitting / Breaks advice

When you say your going to leave and then change your mind or are not sure about what decision you should make then, Just say you want a break and will take a break and come back when you feel like your ready to again or just say I need some time to my self to have some thought, speak to your friends or someone who you trust about what you should do and adress your worries (Confidentially I would suggest so you arent making a big matter of something small). Try and stay on GameJolt, be positive, keep on going but never be stressed or compelled to- its your decision but use quitting as your last resort so we others wont follow and start quitting to make a domino chain.

Verbal Drama

Its the easiest type of drama to deal with- or at least should be. This is something quite common on GameJolt but is usually made much worse than it really is due to people feeling emotional or personal. It can be dealt with easily, You dont need to share it around create enemies or any of that or even contact a moderator really. Just ignore it, its verbal not physical and isnt actually personal- They dont even know who you are remember! However, if its private / personal info then contact a moderator as soon as you can, you dont need to tell anyone else because the moderators are here for a reason so you dont have to do much yourself but contact a moderator! Verbal dramas really arent that much, there should be no physical drama because you dont know where each other live.

Reasons to contact a moderator

• Personal / Private info leaked

• Any Slurs or Racism- Its not acceptable in anyway

• NSFW or prohibited content displayed

• Continuous Breaking of GameJolt rules

• Stealing others content

Whoever you are, you can make a difference so please share this, especially people with a high profile here on GameJolt. Everyone is equal, Everyone is unique, Everyone is themselves.
