Imagine how many paperworks he need to handle considering the universe he's in.

Hoshiro is a new student council member in his school. Despite him being fairly new to high school, he has to carry several burdens that his higher-ups are supposed to do considering the disappearances and the sudden phantasma attacks at school.

His demands are absurdly high, to the point that he can't really give time to his personal life anymore. The student president has been missing recently, and a few of the higher ups became phantasmas out of the blue. So the remaining council members have to put a few regular members to a higher position. He is proven to be reliable though.

I'm using that uniform for now because I'm still uncertain how the school system works in the WonderEnd universe. If there's another uniform with a simple but appealing design then I might switch to that.
