Important Update on Indefensus and a Personal Note

Hello everyone,

I hope you are well. Today I write to share with you some important and personal news related to our beloved project, "Indefensus".

First of all, I want to offer my sincere apologies for the delay in the DEMO. I am aware that many of you have been anxiously waiting, and I am sorry for any disappointment this has caused.

The reason behind this delay is a series of significant events in my personal and professional life. I recently completed my illustration project course, where I spent a lot of my time and effort developing the concept art for "Indefensus".

This course has been more demanding than I initially anticipated, but I'm excited to share with you that the result has been incredibly enriching for the game.

In addition, I have completed my last courses in graphic design at the Rafael Landívar University, and at the same time, I have started a new job.

These changes, while positive, have significantly impacted my schedule and my ability to move forward with game development as I had planned.

However, I want to assure you that "Indefensus" remains a priority for me.

I have reviewed and adjusted the development plan to accommodate these changes in my life. Here I share some of the key steps I will be taking in the coming months:

Completion of Key Tasks:

- I'm going to focus on completing the pending tasks, such as improving the dialogues with NPCs, the item generation system, and the creation of the final scenes.

Integration of Conceptual Art:

- The conceptual art developed during my course will be fully integrated into the game, enriching the visual and narrative experience (I share a little bit in this post)

New Demo Date:

- I will set a new release date for the demo, considering my current commitments. Soon I will share this date with you.

I want to thank you for your patience and continued support.

"Indefensus" is a project that I hold very close to my heart, and your enthusiasm and feedback have been fundamental for me.

Lastly, I'd love to hear your thoughts on the BETA and concept art. Any comments or suggestions will be welcomed and greatly appreciated.

Thank you once again for joining me on this journey. I promise you that "Indefensus" will be worth the wait.

With gratitude,

Oliver Puente

Good news everyone! I have added a random item generator system in the game. Only 3 items for cold, hunger and wounds but it's cool I guess. More updates soon!

NEW GAME: Follow the story of Agnes, a girl who sells matches in an industrial-age city, who faces the challenges of freezing weather, in this cruel and philosophical RPG inspired by the story of 'The Little Match Girl' from Hans Christian Andersen.
