In older entries Lapras almost went extinct.. there was this guy who would play pokemon and breed Lapras with ditto and release the Lapras.
Guess what..
In new entries, they avoided extinction!

Wiskhee kingdom is the place where this guys character is from, he has a naked mole rat with a good mustache named Mr Dinky, he can turn any enemy into a piece of cheese but this takes alot of energy. He can't turn them back.
