I'm gonna revise my workout plan again- not more intense but slightly more easy so I can fully do it daily, I'm also gonna add a 5 mile walk daily, and put some yoga in it, I'll keep everyone updated on weight progress, as well as my emotional/mental state, if you don't wanna see that, unfollow me, its my way keeping me accountable, it will look like
