As a lot of followers know, this take used to be named Dusttrust Downpour, and was a loose take on Wren's Dusttrust.
While a rebranding to the Team Rainfall name was planned before this news, originally, it was going to keep downpour in the name, and it was going to happen closer to release to hype up the game
However I was warned ahead of time about Wren's actions, although at the time they were allegations rather than proved, I still played the safe call and I'm glad I did. I never want my and my friend's work to be associated with someone like that.

This is not a notice of cancellation though. Wren was in the team group chat, but never really contributed in the writing department (I didn't expect them to) And the design while similar, is more inspired from other work than Wren's take.
Development will continue as normal.
