Going to clarify, that Phases 1 and 2 will be post release, as the original envision was for this to be a game focused only on phase 3, however that changed, so the team has decided to make phase 3 the first release!

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.
In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)

It nicely separates the snowy biome from the grassy one.
It's built with painted Ebonstone.
