this does not happen in web browser: only in the app does the first animation frame play for too long

in the Game Jolt Android app, the 1st animation frame plays for too long.
this makes looping animations feel very wrong

In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)
