In the NaZ Winnki, why are the pages for the animatronics/character...

In the NaZ Winnki, why are the pages for the animatronics/characters (except Shadow Lion and miscellaneous characters) protected to admins only?

Are the admins going to expand these pages later (they're marked as stubs), instead of allowing normal users to do that?
