I’m going to give you some insight of this amazing project of mine I’ve been working on lately. Meet Captive in Devil’s Village!

Other than other horror games these days, this game is not in the first person view but it’s in third person because I’m trying to make something unique that hasn’t been done for a while. A first person mode is unlikely because it would require a whole remake of the animations and movement system but if the demand is high, I’ll give my best to make it happen.

My main inspiration for this game probably was the popular game you all surely know: “Resident Evil” by Capcom

Blue are the parts of the map that are already accessible in the demo.
Red are the parts of the map that will be added to the full game.

As you can see, the huge area you can already explore in the demo is just a tiny section of the full 2 km x 2 km map and the demo only includes very small amount of features which will be in the full game.

Missing features and other stuff that will be added in the final version:

• New collectable items, achievements and cool easter eggs

• Big semi-open world (the world is unlocked part by part as the story goes on)

• Survival and casual game modes (wave and time based survival)

• New kinds of enemies (wolf, 2 elite bosses, perhaps wild life to hunt)
