He will be either in your phone at the onahd 1 location or in the building. he will make a giggling sound. once you have spotted him, click on him and type P L U S H. if he is not spoted, he will make a loud screech noise, activating someone that you’ll find very interesting.

Earl the Elephant!
He is behind you. if you make too much noise, he’ll jumpscare you. so keep your noise level at a maximum

Back in my art school days I used to ride the 710 COPSA line from Parque Del Plata to Montevideo almost everyday. This is the Marcopolo Viaggio G4 Mercedes Benz model from the late 80s, one of the older bus models that was running on the line.
