The boys return to their camp, the girls are much more relieved but with so much friction it's hard to say that everything is fine.

We spent an afternoon in the apartment and I've never seen such peace as in that place, we've never been sooooo calm! It's goin' to be a great place to raise my lil' gurl!! 
I'll also be away today 'cause we're tidyin' up things that need to be changed in the apartment.
[Apparently, from what the woman who attended to us said, the woman in this apartment who rented the apartment to us was a real cheapskate!!! Yeah... She left us furniture in terrible condition....]
But if everything work out, we'll move there as soon as possible!
