For me, hiring new screenwriters is a blessing, lol; at least we’re spared from seeing another potential disaster
As for it “not being like FNAF” just because there are new screenwriters… the first movie was written by three people: Emma, Scott, and Seth, and it turned out fine.
If Scott decides not to write the script and leaves it to others, it’s because he probably realized he didn’t do a good job as a screenwriter, plus he wants this to be the best one in the movie trilogy. Scott can oversee the script and give ideas to the new screenwriters, and everything will turn out fine.
Honestly, I thought the second movie was so awful that I don’t care anymore if the third one is a bad adaptation or whatever; I just want the movie to be good, scarier, and to make the most of Springtrap.
I think hiring new screenwriters was the best decision they could have made
