New character prices. Decided to make them higher because of the new ability system.

New enemy type: Lefty.

Lefty has the ability to be invisible. As he gets closer to the player, he will become more visible. Shooting him will make him visible for a few frames.

New enemy type: Mr. Hippo.

Upon impact, Mr. Hippo will damage the player and will tell the player a really long story. There are four random stories you could get.

Made some font changes. Now there's proper punctuation.
