it was unseen man who's Informant and formerly security guard that talking to the player (Parker anderson) about animatronic behavior however he was dead due to being killed by noo-noo can be hearing in last phone call before ended in night 5 when noo-noo found and try killing him in night 5

About employee 3

Employee 3 was one of character who's helping player via letting him know about how to survive from animatronic and their behavior before he was killed by noo-noo when he was alive human

After killed by noo-noo. He's becoming vengeful spirit he's also possessing other tubbybot/animatronic to killing the player in only tubbyland 2-3 as revealed by noo-noo in phone call (night 5) but time need to be slow and what he explaining in second game

He was also replaced by other unnamed phone guy after his death he was Voiced by user name TinyThyMelon (@TinyTheMelon ) and other replacement character (for him) Voiced by also one of best famous youtuber known as @TheGameSalmon in five nights at tubbyland 2-3

About appearance

His body/appearance is unseen and unknown not much known about his appearance anymore however in Easter eggs screen, his body was out from inside noo-noo's body

his body was completely black/unseen his eyes was green but changed to scary black eye by noo-noo and there's red thing within his head and behind eye is brain

In third game, his Face/head will be exposed in noo-noo's if they benighted noo-noo's jumpscare but his body is missing

In Parts Hall (cam 5) noo-noo will appear in it, if they turn benighted on his body will be revealed that there are bones, organs, flesh, and a head

About his brother

He has brother named employee 6 (real name: dean) who's protagonist of five nights at tubbyland 3: The end game who's doing his job as security guard in old tubbyland warehouse he had afraid of this animatronic he want to be free himself. At end of custom night he was caught by old po when she's near from him and he quickly opened the door but noo-noo stopped him before caught by old po

His order brother talking to him what he do something "accept your fate" or "free yourself"

If he free himself, his order brother will be left in noo-noo and picture of noo-noo with one red eye which meaning it's bad employee

If he accept his fate however Employee 3 will actually stay with them, presumably in the Po animatronic and shown lying down beside the Noo-Noo and noo-noo have two green eye which it's Good ending but but something was unknown what's happened to employee 6 after he accepted his fate
