It's that time again for another Cirby. But this time it comes from the amazing @mazou . This is gentleman Cirby! (description in article)

On a universe were it is set back to the 1800's, one of the peeps is Cirby, a rich snobby asshole who is not used to "getting his hands dirty". He basically acts like a king and if things don't go his way he gets pissssed.
