Just found out about Nickado loosing 250lbs in 2 years and I think he changed soem of his old videos to this.

ok so heres a lil trick to use when sending stuff like pictures of your face or other more "sensitive" things to others.

Go into paint and just put a bright pink (Or whatever the contrasting colour of the object is) dot, large, over the middle.
