No. I didn't wanted to be red anymore. Red in viruses/malwares is very overrated so i made a pool in my Discord server to see what color people prefers the phase to be. And here's the winner color: BLUE.
And it's a good idea because now it looks more original with this blue color. And it fits since it can be a reference to the known "Blue screen of death". So yeah, it is blue.
And before you say anything, no. Error404 Sans has nothing to do with this :P
Fun fact: At first, this phase was when a malware/ransomware/virus took over her, but now she has control over it. As you read it, the malware is now under her control. So there is nothing to worry about.

Passive: The attacks are all of the 2 phases before but with blue color and glow. The blasters has blue eyes and beam, with goop on the eyes.

Laser eyes: She can shoot red lasers form her eyes. These are stong enough to make a hole through a mountain.
Hologram Hands: Hands made out of red hologram that can grab anything. You can't destroy these hands, but these hands can destroy you.
Special ability - Technology manipulation: She can maipulate every device that works with technology like PCs, phones, telephones, television, lights (She can make the light go blue), cars, planes, communication systems, etc.
