June 8th Update


I’ve been working more on the game today. Here’s what I accomplished:

  1. Fixed a couple glitches (like the stars at the end of level 3)

  2. Added music to the main menu screen and each of the levels. (The music in the levels will probably be changed to something more upbeat)

I’m also working on advancing the game more so here’s what I’ve been working towards:

  1. Ability for your missile to shoot bullets.

  2. Enemy ships will shoot bullets.

  3. Another level and boss fights at the end of current levels.

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.

In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)
