Just publishing on GDevelop now.
Game is about halfway done, still need to add endings for 3 more difficulties, add a new ability and the final boss, 2 more game modes, and working save functionality.
Next up
A gun upgrade has been added. Once you kill 10 enemies with it, you will unlock a previously inaccessible heart slot. (3 max) I found that the very late game became a bit too hectic (not shown here) so I decided to add portals. They have their own timer.
Lighting has been added to the game, and along with it 6 different ambient light level options.
I realize I haven't even posted any footage so here's a comparison video I made months ago showing the old version of the game on Snap! vs the one I'm working on now.

We made a lot of improvements on the Freezing Plains visual. Things like pine trees, tiny bushes, some rocks, and others game props!
