Just realized there already is a game named Don't Die and it existed way before I started this project. I'll change the name of this. I also will be porting the entire code of this to golang (ebitengine + mizu) due to me breaking the unity code (split).

Added a simple character to the game.

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.
In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)
