Knight Runner: Bug Smasher, Gamejolt Feature, and Lets Play!


It’s been a crazy few days since the release of Knight Runner. First and foremost, thanks to everyone that’s given Knight Runner a chance and providing crucial feedback. Without this I wouldn’t be able to improve on the game nearly as much, both bug-wise and gameplay-wise. After all, less bugs means less deaths for Sir Edgar. So what has been improved? On top of that, Knight Runner has also made it to the feature page on Gamejolt! And I couldn’t be more honored! Its heartwarming to know that so many people enjoy a game of your making. After all, that’s the reason why I have gotten involved with game design. There’s nothing more satisfying than creating something for others to enjoy, and succeeding in it.

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.

In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)

Horror WIP A track that will be featured in a future horror game soundtrack! Stay tuned!
