Backstory: Leo is a Forest Ocean dyno who since he was a beanie has been interested in a human creation, the radio. Another thing is that he was raised in cold climates, so it is normal that he loves to be in such. At one point in his life, he decided to steal a radio and go on a trip to make this invention known, and become a radio host.

Leo is a medium-sized dyno who hosts his radio show whenever he can. He spends most of his time exploring the world looking for a place to sleep and survive on his own; he has met many dynos and humans along the way, but he doesn't care who they are; he just looks for good places to connect to a radio signal and give a good Broadcast like a stranger; nobody knows who makes those radio broadcasts, only who helps the host make them.

He has also collaborated with some dynos to help them, whether to announce something or insult someone from the radio.

Also, he doesn't care how the world is going, whether good or bad. The only thing that matters to him is always having something to tell and how to make it known.
