Replaced "Back" button with a menu that can be accessed by pressing "Esc" in The Battlefield
Updated help menu
Removed custom cursor from The Battlefield
Grayed out the HALLOWEEN EDITION and CHRISTMAS EDITION icons in The Launcher (until their release)
Changed background in the title screen and help menu
Added animation to the pizza's sprite (including the pizza slices and custom cursor)
Fixed the "Help" logo being off center in the help menu (dedicated to the people who were bothered by it being off center)
Changed font color from a salmonish pink to pizza orange
