Log#1:

I've barely survived. The test flight has been, well, a catastrophic failure. The fort lost control and crashed landed.

And worst of all, right on top of my house. All my belongings, all my progress, all in vain...

But I won't give up just yet...


So yeah, the Fort from Above completely broke my save file and now I can no longer access my world without crashing

So I had to recreate the world from scratch, thought to build a crashed replica of a piece of it where my base used to be

I'm not that bummed out, in hindsight the Fort looked garbage, the shell was all one block, the futuristic design clashed with the create steampunk aesthetic I wanted and its only redeeming quality was it's silhouette:

I don't even mind the hours wasted, it was all just filling out boring row after row, the front grill was the only mildly entertaining part of the build

I'm gonna work on a design for a new airship, a PROPER airship, with interesting shapes, materials, and maybe not over 250 by 200 blocks in size

For now, I might build the castle I was going to put on the Fort as my new base, it looks good by itself anyway:
