Mr.Candles normal form is just a cat, but he’s a bug demon, a moth to be specific
He died in 1908 (in the universe I have its 1962) he was a cannibal and would let bugs eat the rest of his victims. Now that he’s dead, he can infiltrate into electronics and put pop up ads.
He eats light, and with the energy he can create little light life forms
