Looking For Help


I’ve hit a snag in the coding so anyone with experience with RPG Maker VX Ace who would like to lend a hand please let me know in the comments.

The Problem:
RPG Maker games will lag if there is a ton of images and/or events running at the same time. I have an event that calls up 26 images but then it immediately erases them from the screen. Yet, it still constantly lags even after a restart.

Any help would be appreciated and I will keep checking online for help so I can hopefully get this demo out.

Currently tracing the Ponyville houses so I can give each resident a house whose colors match their own color scheme giving the player some sort of hint as to who lives there.

0.9.2 Patch updates:

- Fixed a dialogue bug on the east path in the image shown above

- Hopefully fixed a bug with Firestarter's text

- You should be able to continue the game after beating Trixie and seeing the credits

v0.5.0 demo coming soon with the first portion of Chapter 2.
