Lucid Nightmares and/or Dreams are where the dreamer, or in this case, you, are in a dream where you know you are dreaming. Lucid Nightmares work the same way. The term “lucid” means: expressed clearly or easy to understand. Hence the name of the phenomenon (if it even is one) where you know you are dreaming while dreaming.
