(Made an article for more space, basically I might overhaul the game. Read the article for more info.)


So, low-key nervous to post this but like, I'm maybe thinking of overhauling this game potentially. To make it better. I feel like there's a lot to improve. It was my first time making a big game like this despite my limited coding knowledge.

If you have any feedback for those who still keep touch with this page, I'd appreciate that and take notes if I go with this idea, which hopefully I do. I've gotten some feedback already and will also take that into consideration on what to improve.

I really like this game but God it could be so much better. It's okay for a first timer I suppose but there's a lot I see that needs to be fixed.

Okay, so I tried making the SOUL look actually frozen by making the ice look transparent or whatever. Is this good? Or should I stick with the old version, which does not look as realistic.

Random fact: Originally, if you died to Noelle, Kris would freeze and an animation of them freezing would play, as well as the FROZEN text showing. I removed this because I thought too much was happening on the game over sceen at once.

Is this relevant to the game at all?

Ruh roh, I just tried exporting the project to test it with the GameJolt API and I got an error. 😬
