Bug fixes:
Lives count is no longer invisible.
Tower tiers can no longer randomly change after being placed.
Enemy health now properly resets as intended on each restart.
The game will no longer start on the map screen, and instead on the main menu scene as intended.
Trying to place a tower on top of another tower now correctly changes the placing tower indicator to red.
While placing a tower you should now be able to see its range circle again.
Changes:
Increased cash gain per hit $1 -> $5 to make the game more fun and dynamic.
Features:
New and improved main menu design, this time this is a very significant change and not just minor polishing!
New settings menu with fullscreen option.
