Maybe I added some ability helping like Panicked Meter and Pill into my game ideas or design

Pill is a useful. If your Panicked getting higher (like 90 Meter closer to hitting 100 Panicked Meter), you must use a Pill and it drop to 10 or 20 (if your 90 Panicked Meter it getting closer to 100 Meter). If you don't it will Jumpscares by The Birthday Unknown (Old Character but Grayscale Version)

Spanish: La píldora es útil. Si tu nivel de pánico aumenta (como 90 metros más cerca de llegar a 100 metros de pánico), debes usar una píldora y bajará a 10 o 20 (si tu nivel de pánico es de 90 y se acerca a 100).
