Finished up 2 of the main Lightners for my take on a Delta-swap au, Asriel and Noelle. Don't let the more heavily armored get-up fool you, Noelle is as much of a clutsy dork as she usually is, no personality swap. Next image is the Dark Countess concept.

I find it hilarious that the guy who made Undertale: NIHILISM was exposed for racism and pedophilia. Talk about foreshadowing.

I've finished my take on a swapped Dark Prince, the Dark Duchess, Lain. She's based on Sans/Gaster as well as taking some cues from Yume Nikki. Second image is an older version of her sprite compared to the finished one.

Okay fine, I guess I'll show the full WIP on my take on a Swapped Jevil/Jevil NEO. The main reason I haven't done a full reveal yet is cus I plan on releasing multiple different sprites of him at once. But yeah, here's a look at his (mostly) final design.

I hate trying to learn perspective and foreshortening so much you have no idea... Ik I'm gonna have to watch a bunch of tutorials on it, but I can't be the only who feels embarrassed having to do that...

Touched up Starpet's design since I felt he didn't really stand out as much. If you look close enough and know anything about how paper bag puppets talk, you'll realize how screwed up this guy actually looks.

Sometimes if I have trouble translating something into a small sprite, I pull up a reference, and then draw a basic sketch of the the thing I want, before shrinking it down into the sprite and editing it or using it as heavy reference to look good.
