I've finished my take on a swapped Dark Prince, the Dark Duchess, Lain. She's based on Sans/Gaster as well as taking some cues from Yume Nikki. Second image is an older version of her sprite compared to the finished one.

Fun fact, there is an even older design of hers that you can find on my profile if you scroll back far enough.
