Wario:He will roam around the building if you go to a room hes in use the flashlight ignoring him or moving to another room while hes in a room with you will get you killed

Waluigi:He stays in the restrooms slowly getting closer to the exit of the restrooms if he is close use the flashlight on him

Mario:He stays in the break room near a vending machine the vending machine is slowly breaking fix it to prevent mario from killing you

Luigi:He will only appear in the TV in the office if he does turn off the tv by clicking the buttons on it

Bowser:He roams around the building just like wario if you go to a room hes in you must click on him ignoring him or moving to a different room while hes in the room with you will get you killed

Toad:He can only spawn in 3 rooms(Meeting Room, Storage Room, Server Room) if you go to a room he spawned in you must go to the previous room you came from if you go forward or stay with him for too long you will die
