Meet Bloom (Working name), a receptionist for the Resting Grounds' renowned inn. Her design is based on a therapy exercise involving trees. My friend @KillerFurby drew her design, and I translated her into the sprite you see now.


Awhile back, I asked if y'all wanted to see Kliki's Dark World changed from a hospital to a therapy office. Literally ALL of the votes were yes, so now the theme is officially decided. The therapy Dark World is known as the Resting Grounds, a mountainous region full of rocky terrain, glowing foliage, and a large, sweeping river. Well known as a resting place for Darkners needing a break from the daily stress of life, as well as Darkners traveling great distances, this Dark World's most well-known location is the massive inn located on the outside of the great mountain. Definitely want to get into designing the landscape soon. But for now, enjoy this teaser! Just wait till you see the other darkners.

When I get to FLORALSHUFFLE's character profiles, I'll add some sprites of the character on the bottom corner for some extra reference. Here's Greedier's, for both of his normal and boss design. (Starpet is there for comparison)

Found some pretty old concept doodles I drew up for Kliki's dark world. Since the setting was a therapy office, the darkner would be based on things like markers, stress stones, and marriage books.
