He was created by a hacker who was experimenting with how fast you could make sonic go practically breaking the game by setting sonics speed to 999. Sonic has been trying to leave and go out side the game and confront this hacker. He is able to do so and is very hostile at times. In this universe it’s very common for things like that to happen. Characters from games often escape the confines of the games. And live in the outside world. Meaning every exe people have made are coexisting with the humans. His powers are teleportation,zone manipulation(like all my other exes), glitch manipulation and moving at the speed of light.

Fun fact: he lives in the same universe as toon flick.
