This is Posega, the new antagonist that will appear in Five Nights at Kirby's! He's incredibly energetic, though also worryingly cunning.
Posega will appear on a random camera, indicating his presence with a little glitch sound from your monitor. Should you look at him for too long--or alternatively never see him--he will break the camera he was on, preventing vision on that camera for an extended period of time.
To stop him, you must use the newly integrated Z.A.P system to zap him away! High voltage is not something he takes to very well.
And speaking of which, the Z.A.P will also allow you to zap robots on the cameras, holding them in place for a few moments. Should the chaos be too much to bear, you can try zapping an enemy that is proving difficult.
Posega was originally never meant to appear in the game! It was only after I begun redesigning it that I realized a fifth character would help tie everything together.
He still might undergo some tweaks, as I feel he isn't particularly integrated amazingly.
Particularly astute fans might remember Posega being alluded to in one of the old games, and, well, here he is!
Originally, Posega's design was actually based on the Mirror ability, but when redesigning him, I wanted to hold true to the original cast all being designed after one-time use abilities, so Posega now takes after the Festival ability. Isn't that cute?
As one final closing point, I am sure many of you are wondering what the results were for the last post.
It was shockingly close. Like, way closer than I was expecting. But, taking the majority opinion by only 6%, there will now be five winners for The Five Nights at Kirby's Character Contest!
Expect the results to be revealed soon! (Or more specifically, whenever I actually get around to drawing them all... It's a doozy!)
