Mini update:
-Increased the timer that eevee gets when it changes camera on normal mode (giving you extra 5 seconds)
-Snivy instead of stalling tepig it gives 4 seconds for his killer timer when you deal with snivy
-Updated pichu info for nm

Menu is 99% done, I only need to do changelog of pexil peril and done but I will do that when I'm done with the characters. The game should be done on 2-3 weeks hopefully
