This could be a Halloween Backstage mini-game. You know about Fun with Plushtrap and Fun with Nightmare BB, so let's flip the script here and let's add a little SOTM magic.
[A lot of the backstory is only shown here, but the gameplay contains little to none of it. This is just to understand why the mini-game is happening]
It is night time. You are playing as a little kid. Your back is against a wall. In front of you, an open closet. To the right, a corridor. To the left, a bathroom. All doors are open. You can't move. If you move, you fear you might be dead. There are monsters hiding in your bedroom and no mother to call. The room you are in is a bedroom inspired by FNAF 4 and SOTM's bedroom.
However, with you is a very important tool: a shocker from a joke set, something to give a shock to your friends. This one, however, is faulty: it gives a lethal jolt to any human. But not lethal enough for any robot. Father said never to use it at the time, but you fear you must. Something sinister wants you to sleep forever. But you don't want to see mom yet.
Armed with a flashlight, you explore with your eyes the room you've known since you were a baby. Your friends, this time, are your very enemies: one of the plushies contains an endoskeleton. Your house is covered in plushies: the closet has some, the floor houses some, the bed keeps some warm, even the bathroom and the corridor conceal some. They're all plushies from your favorite pizza places, from Sister Location to Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria (maybe some from Fredbear’s too...?)
Here is the gameplay loop:
Endoplush is in your house. He will inhabit a plushie. You will hear this with a sound of the back being ripped
Your job is to guess which plushie is the one containing Endoplush. Throughout the night, Endoplush will start moving the plushie slightly, trying to sneakily come towards you. This is your tell, your clue, that the plushie is inhabited
You have 60 seconds to guess which plushie contains Endoplush. The 60 seconds are displayed with a very convenient timer on the upper right corner
Should you fail to find him in time, your screen adds the words: "Time's up...". The words fade after five seconds with the timer and now it's a waiting game. The inhabited plushie has now disappeared and you just have to wait for a jumpscare. First you hear some steps. Then you hear your shocker being torn away from you. A metallic laugh, other steps serve as red herrings to keep you vigilant. Then you wait some more. And then... you get jumpscared by Endoplush itself
Should you shock the wrong plushie, the house starts to set on fire. The words: "You lose..." appear on the screen while Endoplush lets out a metallic screech
Should you shock the correct plushie, Endoplush receives the shock, nothing is set on fire, flashlight flickers and the plushie inhabited disappears. The process will repeat for another four times, with the music becoming more and more tense, Endoplush becoming more and more discreet and the little kid (you) starting to pant a little more every time in fear
If the process is completed five times, the last one has Endoplush just being shocked to death, falling on the ground with the plushie, and the screen reads: "YOU WIN!", mirroring the Fun with Plushtrap mini-game
Easter eggs!
At times, when you set the wrong plushie on fire, the scene temporarily hallucinates into the burning of Fazbear Frights, your room becomes one of the rooms in that establishment and the metallic screech becomes William Afton's screams, before returning to normal
At times, a Fredbear plush might appear in your room. Keeping the flashlight on it will result in the plushie looking at you, your flashlight flickering and the plushie disappearing. If you don't keep the flashlight, the plushie just disappears
