Dayron as the current programmer, he is in charge of coding all about the demo!
He write, modify, test the code with me and fix the scripts that allow the demo function properly.
/ ABOUT THE BATTLE SYSTEM
Heres is an old image as example (Mockup Battle System v1)
Here is the new version (mockup battle system v2)
For this ocaction, there is something new about this battle system.
In this demo, will be something different, a way to make it like original but not at all, in the ui interface will not add the button mercy.
/ ABOUT MERCY:
The mercy button will take place after you leave to the enemy weak in battle, you will choice two options.
( MERCY) - - - - ( FINISH )
If you mercy to the enemy, he will leave the battle scene as deltarune ch.1
If you press "Finish" then you will kill to the enemy
/ ABOUT LIGHT & DARK QUEST
This idea is have been thinking before ( 2 years ago ), currently we are working in this for unlock the trophies at gamejolt.
LIGHT QUEST:
In Hometown the Light Quest will be as Secondary Mission for get several items during the story mode.
Here is some old example about the work.
/ ABOUT PUZZLES & MECHANICS IN DARK WORLD!
The puzzle It will have a new function to be able to complete them, using the mouse as a second option in case of not using the arrows (up, down, left, right)
Mouse: For this option to complete the puzzles, you will be able to grab the shapes (diamond, heart, club, spade) and put them in their correct place.
Keyboard: Using the keyboard buttons, you will be able to select the three options below the shapes.
[ Left] - { Select } - [ Right ]
In this way, once you select the object that you have chosen, you can move it to another part of the 4 spaces and be able to solve the puzzle.
/ ABOUT THE DARK WORLD IN THE DEMO
Certain things are changing in the dark world, due to some dark forces unknown in card kingdom... the Chaos King has been imprisoned in his own castle with his soldiers and no one can face this unknown being in the dark world.
- - EMPTY TOWN - -
Empty Town will have a another name called "Winter Town" some asset will changes and new npc and few darkners will appears in this area. 
- - FIELD - -
"Field of Fear and Sadness" are the new name for this area, this place will be more dangerous and dark , stay alert about your surroundings.

Well now you have reached the most unknown part of the dark world, this place is inhabited by no one but two npc in chargin of a unknown and great esmerald.
This object is capable of taking you to a different dimension than the dark world, where the place is quiet and peaceful... But with more serious and somewhat annoying darkners.
Also at this place is located some mission,
