Mushroom soup #arkana's_recipes


Ingredients:

mushrooms - 5-10 pcs.

water - 2,5 L.

onion - 1 pc.

potatoes - 3 pcs.

dry/fresh mix of onions&carrots - 2-3 tbsps. or 1 pc. each

dry/fresh herbal mix - 1 heaped tbsp.

salt, pepper, garlic, seasoning to taste.

1) Pour water into a pot, preheat the stove.

2) Wash and slice up the mushrooms. Put them in a bowl with cold water.

3) Wash and peel the potatoes, carrots and onions.

4) When water in the pot boils, it's time to put the mushrooms in. 20 minutes later add the potatoes, carrots and onion (or their dry mix).

5) Finally, add seasoning, dry/fresh herbal mix. Stir it all up and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes. At last it's time to serve your soup!
