The Quest for Endless Life II: Search for the Immortal

Music, and other matters.

Hey, guys! I have begun to add some music to TQfEL2. I currently cannot get it into a format that I can upload to Gamejolt, but to give you an idea of what it sounds like, it has the same basic style as the music in the original TQfEL.

On another note, I have been brainstorming how I’m going to be laying out the levels (countries) for this game, and I think they’re going to be mazes that change based on the country that you’re searching in.

Each individual country will be themed to the real place (for example, France may have an “Eiffel Tower I”, and hint that today’s Eiffel Tower is actually, say, “Eiffel Tower VII”).

Also, textures for TQfEL2 will be much more elaborate than the original game’s textures, (roughly 3x as detailed).

Well, as always, I’ll try get this game to you ASAP, but I can’t yet get an exact release date…which brings me to, yep, more matters.

I’m hoping to get this game done before (at least) Fall 2018. I can’t make any promises, but I’m pretty sure about that.

Thanks for reading,
Superben100!

Just a Pico sprite

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.

In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)

Made my first ever animation.

OK, this starts to be too tricky puzzle already :D

Our Japanese themed game released yesterday on Gamejolt + Itch io if anyone would like to check it out! :) You play as a spirit of a japanese wolf.

Distrust - HUMERUS (with dirty shade) Papyrus isn`t small. It's possible that I didn't draw him well, but he crouched down and bent towards us. I'm still bad at moments like this
