My 12 years old son created this game for the Opera Jam and I helped him with the graphics and some additional coding here and there. I hope he gets a lot of support to encourage him to keep doing this! :)

Uploaded v.0.9.6 with boss level, new power-up (Shield), and lots of tweaks and enhancements for the difficulty after killing the boss. We really hope you enjoy it!

We decided to make our own Rumble Dualshock 4 Chair and it was so fun!!! :D https://youtu.be/OXPl2_zfoXc

We added a new boss fight!!! If we have time we'll make a better sprite with destructible stages before the deadline!

Also, we added a development cheat code. Press the key numbers during the game to span enemies or powerups. We'll remove this tomorrow!

Happy #WIPWednesday!

Are you working on a game?

Making some art?

Practicing a song?

Something else?

Tell us in the comments!

So the jam is finally over and we couldn't make it to the top100, but the opportunity to start working with Gamemaker opened my mind and made me think in leaving everything to make games for a living with my kid (hopefully) Thanks for that!
