One of Dark Star's lieutenants and most dangerous minions. His special ability: Vocal Hypnosis. He can mind control anyone with a high frequency voice, especially when amplified by his face mask.

Dark Star's third and most powerful high-ranking lieutenant, Orion possesses otherworldly powers that both Astromorphians and even godlike beings fear.

New weapon: The Starswift Shoes! While activated, Rigel gains a significant boost in both leg speed and power, greatly enhancing his flexibility skills as well as being able to run at the speed of light.
